🍺 MEET THE BREWER: CADE BRYANT 🍺
Local roots. A passion for craft b**r. And now, a little Scott County history.
Cade Bryant was raised right here in Scott County and graduated with honors from Scott High School. He went on to serve in the U.S. Army, earn his degree from Tennessee Tech, and spend 17 years working as a nurse.
About 10 years ago, Cade picked up a one-gallon homebrew kit and discovered a new passion. That hobby eventually led him to the Brewing & Distilling Center and a professional brewing career at Yee-Haw Brewing Company.
Now, he’s brought that experience home.
As Master Brewer at Big South Fork Brewing, Cade loves creating his own recipes and describes his brewing style as crafty and artistic.
The b**r he’s most proud of? 🥜 Peanut Butter Addict, the first b**r professionally brewed in Scott County and the b**r that helped Big South Fork Brewing and Thirsty Bear Brewing Co. make a little local history together.
Today, Cade is helping write the next chapter as BSFB becomes not only Scott County’s first taproom, but its first brewery.
And he’ll be the first to tell you he doesn’t do it alone. His wife and assistant brewer, Jamie, has been beside him with endless support, love, and dedication. ❤️
For Cade, brewing on Main Street is about more than b**r. It’s about being part of the revitalization of his hometown and creating a place where locals and visitors can gather.
