Swan Holler has a roof, walls, windows and doors!

AAA Trailers brought the brewery equipment to the site this week.

The team from Buie's Heating & Air are installing the HVAC system.

Swan Holler signs are up and we're continuing to steadily move forward towards a spring opening.

Thanks to all who have helped get us this far in six weeks!

What's next: Sealed floors and framed interior... stay tuned!

Swan Holler Brew Project is ready for a roof and walls - going on this week along with the windows and doors!

The Troyer work crew has done a wonderful job to get this far despite the challenges posed by Mother Nature last week.

Hopefully by the end of next week we’ll be inside to start the finish work and bringing all the brewery equipment to its final home!

Good evening Swan Holler followers!

Big day yesterday!!

Piping was set this week and concrete poured!

That sets the stage for building next week and having the building up the first week in December … weather permitting of course!
It took a lot of effort to be able to pour this week. Thanks to Travis Vaughn, Wesley Crabtree and their teams for the work completed this week and setting us up for building next week.

Good evening, Swan Holler followers and new visitors!
Some exciting milestones have been reached over the last few days.
First, the existing building slab has been cut, excavated, and prepared to run piping.
Thanks to Travis Vaughn, Hugh lay, and their teams for all the hard work last week and
over the weekend.
Next, the material for the building arrived on site today and was staged for assembly.
We are making steady progress!
What is next?
Piping will be set this week. The wastewater line and the building water supply
will be connected to the respective utilities.
Piping trenches will then be backfilled and concrete set.
The building will go up!
Within three weeks, Swan Holler Brew Project will have a home!

The Swan Holler Brew Project was founded by father and son, Jeff and Chris Swanson.

We began in a garage, crafting beer and sharing it with family and friends. This passion led Chris to become a professional brewer, and pursue a dream of starting a craft brewery.

We have spent the last 3 years looking for the right location in East Tennessee for Swan Holler Brew Project. Fate ultimately landed us in Oneida, a place we have called home for 25 years.

The Swan Holler Brew Project will offer craft beer brewed on site, non-beer/non-alcoholic options, food and entertainment. We are excited to bring Swan Holler to a place we love so much!

We will be located at 281 Underpass Dr, Oneida, TN
