Andy started this business on his own back in 2014 before we had our 4 kids, all within 17 months. In 2018, we realized the potential and demand, so we decided to go all in. all on our own in between balancing 4 kiddos and Andy’s career. When we started brainstorming about what we wanted to name our LLC, we knew we wanted something to reflect what’s most important to us - our kids.

We should have been weeding the berry plants today, but it was way more fun watching our friend Caleb create a trail for us next to the lake!

The kids quickly approved and can’t wait to get the 4-wheeler in there! They already have picked out the perfect spots for some forts.

It’s about to be a fun fall out here, in a few short months!

No ducks have been smuggled off of the Lenawee Fair and Event Grounds by any of the Monnich kiddos, so we are off to a great start here! 🍀

We do not have animals this year at fair - not everyone in our household is on board YET, but we are workin’ on it! 🙃

4H is an amazing program for young kiddos to learn the true meaning of responsibility, how to do anything with your own two hands, how to serve and give back to your community and SO MUCH MORE.

We hit the jackpot with our 4H club and we couldn’t be happier with where we landed. We have amazing leaders and we are surrounded by helpful community members and high integrity/hard working families. 🍀

We’ve accomplished all of the MUSTS so far:

✅ Projects Submitted + Judged + Collected Ribbons

✅ Ate Fiske Fries w/UnGodly Amounts of Vinegar

✅ Cheered our Friends on in the Show Barn

✅ Spoiled by Beach Concessions w/Cotton Candy

✅ Snuggled w/Our Favorite Horses in the Lenawee County Mounted Unit Horse Barn

FAIR WEEK IS UPON US! 🎡🎟️

It’s that time of the year again! The Lenawee County Fair kicks off tomorrow with the parade in downtown Adrian at 1PM!

Make sure to keep an eye out for those 4H floats with so many hard-working young people in our community. There is so much to see and do at the fairgrounds this upcoming week!🍀

Come support these kiddos as they show off all of their hard-work this past year with so many amazing projects and animals!

We loved hearing you share your favorite recipes with us!🍰

We laughed at the stories you shared of canning or making your grandma's famous jam!🫙

We even caught ourselves giggling, watching your kiddos sneak berry after berry, while their parents chatted away with us.🥰

Although we are sad that the season is over, our family owes a H U G E thank you to every single one of you that helped support our small farm this strawberry season!

We appreciate you! We know this our dream of ours would never work if it wasn't for your support and without you showing up day after day at those gates.

We do need some help screaming a big T H A N K Y O U to our all-star local high school & young adult berry pickers! ⭐️

They picked each and every berry you took home with you to put in your favorite strawberry recipe or freezer. They worked hard each and every morning and we absolutely could not have done it without them.
