⏪ IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: We recently announced the results of two important technical studies: an updated Feasibility Study for Grassy Mountain in Oregon and an Initial Assessment for Sleeper in Nevada.

Both studies demonstrate strong project economics, attractive returns, and rapid payback periods.

At a base case gold price of US$3,600/oz:

Grassy Mountain Feasibility Study
• After-tax NPV (5%): US$375M
• After-tax IRR: 39%
• Payback Period: 2.0 years

Sleeper Initial Assessment
• After-tax NPV (5%): US$402M
• After-tax IRR: 45%
• Payback Period: 1.4 years

We have a few beef cattle left from this season’s herd going to the butcher on June 2. If you are interested in purchasing a half or whole beef, the price is $4.00 per pound, plus processing (cut and wrap). A half beef will typically weigh 500–600 pounds hanging weight.

We work hard to keep our prices as affordable as possible, but the cost of raising beef has increased. Beginning in July, the price for our smaller batch of beef will increase to $5.00 per pound.

We truly appreciate all our customers. Please reach out if you are interested in beef available on June 2 or later in the year, as I am currently making my list.
