Over 16,000 knots tied and coir anchored at the base; hops trained around the string. Spring hops training is complete! Now to watch them climb towards the sun….on the perfect day these ladies can climb a foot each day! Now is the perfect time to start planning for your wet-hopped brew! We typically start picking the earliest varieties the first week of August….just over two months away!
