I hit the garden between rain showers and got our first picking of squash, our second harvest of carrots, and third harvest of radishes. The carrots are doing phenomenal. They were planted in a 4’x10’ raised bed and almost half are still in there. We should end the season with between 15-20 pints of them canned. And then the piggies got a full bucket of snacks from the tops, so no waste. The rain we are finally getting has the garden going strong. We hope everyone has had a wonderful day!
