The Macaron Gods watched over me tonight… 800 macaron shells had to get done this week. I tried something I’ve never done… premade a batter, filled piping bag, stuck it in the fridge, brought it out to room temp, piped, dried, and then finally baked. I’ve never been more excited to see macaron feet!!!
