6 years of slinging cookies 🍪👩🏻‍🍳 🎉

Although I didn’t realize it when I started s&g, this small business has become the perfect combination of creativity, logistics and nostalgia for me. It’s given me the opportunity to flex different parts of my brain and to continue to learn along the way. Luckily for me, this business is still fun to run (for the most part 😂).

I’m so grateful for all the friends, family, and strangers who have supported me and this venture over the years. As someone who’s not a great saleswoman, I’m grateful my cookies have spoken for themselves and afforded me so many amazing return customers 🥰 Cheers to all you cookie lovers! Thanks for making my dreams come true.

Never did a holiday recap because honestly….barely survived 🫠

But here’s all I got to show for a hell of a month 📸

4,069 cookies made, scooped, baked and packaged
8 pop-ups including and
1 full line of butter goods I even took photos of, but never dropped because I was so slammed 😢
2 beautiful estate sale finds — the butter yellow mid-century mod table of my dreams + mint condition vintage cake plate 🧈
3 hat designs debuted at pop-ups — “yes chef”, “more butter” and “baker”
1 family of 5 adopted with the help of generosity of donations
A couple cute family holiday gifts including embroidering a family tree skirt from the 90s and stitching my grandmas chocolate fudge frosting recipe on tea towels 🥰

THANK YOU so much for the support throughout the whole year, but especially December. Making cookies and embroidered goods to share with all of you has been the biggest source of joy for me (even when it’s hectic!) My two hands literally made every single item that I sold this year and for that, I’m so proud.

Happy National Cookie Day to all who celebrate! 🍪

I never thought cookies would be such a big part of my life, but here we are. People always think cookies are such an easy dessert. And they are :) But making and scooping hundreds by hand weekly is not for the faint of heart. I’m grateful so many of you value a well-made homemade cookie and trust me to make it! Cheers to the humble cookie (sorry pies)! My love for you continues despite the aches and pains in my hands 😮‍💨
