Your Memorial Day dessert just called… and she’s an absolute showstopper. ❤️🤍💙🇺🇸

This Triple Berry Angel Food Cake is light, creamy, berry-packed, and dangerously easy to throw together for Memorial Day weekend.

Between the fluffy angel food cake, creamy marshmallow filling, and all those fresh summer berries… it tastes like summer at Grandma’s house in the very best way. ☀️🍓🫐

Bonus: it looks fancy while secretly taking almost no effort. We love a low-maintenance queen. 😂

Let’s make it!

❤️🤍💙 TRIPLE BERRY ANGEL FOOD CAKE ❤️🤍💙

• 1 premade angel food cake
• 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
• 2 (7 oz) containers marshmallow cream
• zest of 1 lemon
• 1 cup blueberries
• 1 cup raspberries
• 1 cup strawberries, sliced
• edible star sprinkles (optional)

Directions:

1. Slice angel food cake into 3 even layers.
2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, marshmallow cream, and lemon zest until smooth and fluffy.
3. Place bottom cake layer on a cake stand or plate. Spread with a generous layer of cream mixture and top with berries.
4. Repeat with remaining layers.
5. Top with extra berries and edible stars if desired.
6. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve. Enjoy! ✨

Okay hear me out… it’s Taco Tuesday AND Cinco de Mayo and somehow I did not make tacos… I made this instead 😂🍹

Introducing: my Lavender Coconut Margarita—because clearly I woke up and chose ✨floral chaos✨ over tradition.

I wasn’t sure how lavender would play in a margarita (like… are we sipping or relaxing at a spa??), but wow… she showed up.
Lightly floral, a little creamy, perfectly sweet, and honestly… kinda stealing the spotlight from tacos today.

Don’t worry, tacos are still invited to the party… they’re just sitting next to this beauty 💁🏼‍♀️

Cheers to doing Cinco de Mayo your way—whether that’s tacos, margaritas… or both (highly recommend both).

Coconut Lavender Margarita

You’ll Need:
• 1.5 oz tequila
• 1/2 oz orange liqueur (like Grand Marnier)
• 1 oz lavender syrup
• 1 oz cream of coconut
• Juice of 1 lime
• Salt (I use pink Himalayan sea salt)

Rim your glass with lime + salt (because we still respect margarita tradition around here 😉).

Shake everything up for about 15 seconds, pour over ice, and sip something a little unexpected.

Two hungry dogs acting like they haven’t eaten in days, a sink full of dishes, laundry piled high like it multiplied while I was gone, and trash cans… overflowing with confidence.

My teens were home… but apparently so was chaos 😂

Real mom life: you don’t come home from vacation to rest… you come home to your next shift.

So if you need me, I’ll be:
folding laundry ✔️
cleaning the kitchen ✔️
pretending I don’t see the rest for at least an hour ✔️

Anyone else come home to this or is it just me?? 🫶
