Tonight was all about great food, great pours, and even better company with Emmanuel Nunez

Flight Night brought together an incredible four-course dinner with curated tequila, wh***ey, and w**e pairings and I was proud to have Seis Soles at the table.

From the opening course to the 32-day dry-aged ribeye and dessert, every plate was thoughtfully prepared and made for an unforgettable evening. Have you ever had “sweet bread”?

It’s completely built out and I will be hosting pop-ups for the next several weeks. Check out this opportunity to pop-up during Old Towne Orange’s biggest event

Our micro event space will be hosting a pop-up during the Orange International Street Fair. Our location is in between Mexico and Brazil “streets”. Expected turnout for the fair is half a million people. No food vendors will be accepted for this event.
