15 Smoked 12lb Turkey Breasts
65 lbs of Mashed Potatoes
32 lbs of Green Beans
20 lbs fresh Cranberry Sauce

We were blessed to do this event again. Last year 215 Veterans and their families this year 258 Veterans and their families. Feed almost 300 by the end of it.

70+ lbs of Brisket 7 briskets 12 hour cook on the smoker

120 lbs of Chicken Breasts 3 cases 3 hours per run and 2 runs on the smokers

60 lbs of Mac N Cheese 8 trays
40 lbs of Baked BBQ Beans 5 trays
10 lbs of Cole Slaw 3 trays

Should be a great day, thank you to Chef Jimmy Gaughan for cooking with me and to My brothers from Yorba Linda Masonic Lodge 469 for serving tomorrow.

Chilli was “Bama Venison Delight”!

Chef said they went through 35 gallons of tastings in 4 hours.
