Wow these number cheesecakes have been so much fun to create!!!
This is a white chocolate raspberry cheesecake!!!
Chocolatey and buttery cookie crust, vanilla bean and white chocolate creamy cheesecake topped with a bright and sweet raspberry sauce, whipped cream, fresh raspberries and chocolate shavings!!! Simply delicious 🤤 🎂
This was made for a brave young man celebrating his 3rd birthday!!!! 🎉

Had so much fun today making S’mores Tart! Buttery graham cracker crust with a dark chocolate ganache and a homemade vanilla bean marshmallow fluff!!!! Torched for that campfire flavor 🔥 😋
