The End is Just the Beginning // West Coast IPA w/ Strata, Mosaic, & Ekuanot, 7.2% abv
Showcasing the lighter color we associate with our California IPA’s, this b**r is all about that satisfyingly clean bitterness, it’s lean body, and that “rock concert cannabis” vibe that Jim, of Indie Hops LLC fame, loves so much, but mixed with some bright strawberry aromatics too. $17 per 12oz 4pk.

Thinking with my Face // DDH Hazy DIPA w/ Citra & Superdelic, 8.6% abv
This one brings together a fun hop combo of two New Zealand varietals (Wai-ti and Superdelic) with another out of Washington that needs no introduction (Citra). The Wai-ti brings the peach and stone fruit, the Superdelic brings bright citrus and tropical fruit, while the Citra really helps pull through lots of lovely mango and more zesty citrus. The result? The mouthfeel on this batch is lovely! Full bodied and textured, with just the right amount of hop tannins. Flavor is big on the ripe mango, along with some grapefruit oils and kiwi. $23 per 4pk.

Pallyfornia // A West Coast Pils w/ Mosaic, Rakau & Taiheke, 5.0% abv
Welcome to Pallyfornia, my Pallys™!!! For this one, we put a lot of attention into creating a wonderfully dry drinking experience, much like what you could experience with German Pils with it’s snappy bitterness, but with all the hop expression you would expect from the West Coast (best coast?)! Using our fresh lot of Mosaic (currently from the great @‌perraultfarms ) and a couple New Zealand wonders (from @‌freestylefarms ). Tasting notes: Think kiwi, lychee, blueberry, and the Devil’s Lettuce. $16 per 4pk.

American Bier // A Helles-Style L***r made w/ Cali Barley & Oregon Hops, 5.2% abv
Been dreaming about this one for a hot minute! You know we love trying to recreate the classics, via ingredients straight from the source, but we’ve been so truly impressed with some of the things being pulled from our own backyard lately, that we couldn’t pass ‘em up. We took the German-grown malt and hops from our Munich-style l***r, and switched ‘em out for Admiral Maltings Cali grown Pilsner malt, and some of Goschie Farms Hallertau. We love the result! The malt shows through in aroma and flavor with this insane fresh bread quality, with the hops creating just the right level of bitterness to make it sing “oooooooooooh!” $16 per 4pk.

Cheeky’s Chai // A Chai Spiced Hard Seltzer, 8.0% abv
Whether you’re looking for a lil spice in your cup, or possibly your life, it’s that time of year and we got youuuuuuuu! Introducing our made-from-scratch Chai!!! Utilizing the yummo-est blend of black teas, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, clove, and black pepper (aka REAL INGREDIENTS) for what some would call a Black Masala Chai, meaning dairy free. That said, the way we’re serving it here at The Cheek™️, is cold over ice, with a fluffy cloud of whipped cream and a dusting of grated nutmeg. For those that want something hot, you’ll need to do this at home for now, but this thing is also delish served hot in a mug with that same whipped cream and spice treatment. Excited for this one! Come drink a cold one with us. 😁 $16 per 12oz 4pk.

Skeleton Wings // DDH West Coast IPA w/ Mosaic, Strata Cryo, Nelson Cryo, & Taiheke, 7.2% abv
Our first double dry hopped West Coast IPA returns! This thing soars on in with a huge blend of carefully selected hops that work together in a way that is better than the sum of its parts. The bitterness is full, with a chewy resinous quality that pleasantly sticks to your palate, while the nearly non-existent malt character is just a vessel to let the hops pop the way they should. Flavor notes? The vibes on this one are all: yuzu oil, fresh blueberries, Agua De Melon, & a big ol’ pile of fresh spun cotton candy. $19 per 4pk.

Slow Motion Dominoes // DDH Hazy IPA w/ w/ Citra, Simcoe, & El Dorado, 7.0% abv
Piece by piece we continue to put every b**r style through the wringer, trying new process techniques as well as ingredients. It’s who we are as a brewery and we have a blast doing it. This one has a soft mouthfeel, a lil sweetness, and a creamy like texture in the finish. Tasting notes? Think Orange Sherbet and Pineapple Whipz. $21 per 4pk.

Objectively Superior // A Dry California L***r w/ a kiss of Tangier, 4.6% abv
A wonderfully delicate l***r, that dips its toe into the pilsner category with its snappy dryness and hop aromatics, without going too heavy on all the hop bitterness you’d expect from a pilsner. Tasting notes? So easy drinking, and refreshing, with a bit of orange blossom in the nose and palate. $16 per 4pk.

Autumn Adventures // Nitro Golden Milk Stout w/ Portola Coffee & Pumpkin Spices, 7.8% abv
It’s that special time of year where we all could use a bit more spice in our lives, so let’s talk about this deep golden wonder! It uses lots of a fresh roasted Columbian coffee from our pals at Portola Coffee , just the right amount of milk sugar, and then gets hit with a mix of super secret spices (shhhhhhh it’s cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, clove, and a dab of ginger). This one is packed heavily with nitro as well, to further help create a super-yummo-spiced-up-cold-latte-like drinking experience! $18 per 4pk.

We’re lost in our own kaleidoscope over here in the rave cave, with a daily focus on the new and “what’s next?!” This draft only haze, puts a focus on higher levels of ester driven fruit characteristics from the fermentation to make it more of a highlight. Some people refer to our beloved mascot as an invasive species, and we’re just appalled! Who doesn’t love a pandemonium of conures bringing us So Cal pals all the loud squawks early on a Saturday morning while trying to catch up on some shut eye? It’s our favorite alarm clock!!! Anyway, for this batch we’ve cranked up the oats to add even more richness to the mouthfeel, and brought in higher levels of this incredible Riwaka hop liquid to bring in even more yummo levels of tropical fruit. Tasting notes? Think Passionfruit Dole Whip (yes, they have a passionfruit one and it’s so dope), pineapple spears, and mango hi-chew. $20 per 4pk.

This one is Californian through and through!!! Very pale in color, wonderfully dry, squeaky clean and snappy on the bitterness, with a lovely resinous hop intensity that shows in both the sniff and sips. Tasting notes? The ‘Villes of Tennessee // Collab w/ Xul B**r Company // A Xul-Style DDH Hazy DIPA w/ Citra, Nelson, Manalita, & Tropical Fusion Hop Keif, 8.6% abv
After so many good hangs over the last couple of years at the bestest of b**r fests, we finally got together with the homie Brad West from Xul out of Tennessee... Knox & Nash, you know, The ‘Villes! If you’re new to Xul, their Hazy IPA’s, big stouts, and fruit b**rs (check his PB&J👀) absolutely rule! We put Brad in the driver’s seat on the recipe, with us recreating their style on our brewhouse. Tasting notes? Aromatics jump out of the glass with fresh pineapple rings, those lil fruit cups, and rainbow sherbet vibes. $22 per 4pk.

T9 Is The New Penmanship // A DDH Hazy TIPA w/ Citra, Peacharine, Motueka, & Rakau, 10.1% abv
For those still keep’n it old school and txt’n via T9, 2day is the day, cuz this one’s 4 u qt! A mountain of raw wheat and old fashioned oats come together to build the base in this one, and then get hit with a blend of American and New Zealand beauties, along with one of our fav hop liquids. Tasting notes? Wonderfully full in body, and pale golden in color, think kumquat, peach sorbet, white tea, sticky rice, and kaffir lime. $24 per 4pk.

Festbier ‘26 // A L***rbier inspired by the ones from Munich, 5.8% abv
That time of year has come! It’s our very own l***rbier meant for celebrating the marriage of Prince Ludwig and Princess Therese! This year’s batch uses all German ingredients, like always, gets its carbonation naturally via spunding, and is then l***red until just right. We’ll keep celebrate’n year after year after year, since we can’t get enough of this liter worthy wonder. $15 per 4pk.

ASAP As Possible ’26 // A Fresh Hop’d DDH West Coast IPA w/ Fresh picked Strata from our Pals @ Indie Hops & Coleman, along with Strata T90, Strata Cryo, Strata Hyperboost, 7.0% abv
This one only comes once a year….when your pals from @‌indiehops call you up and tell you that they’re gonna pick some fresh Strata from one of your absolute favorite hop farms ( @‌colemanagriculture in Oregon) at 4am...in the morning, and then throw them on a plane at 8am, and then that you can pick them up at John Wayne Airport at 11am, you do it! We did, and then had them fresh cones in wort by 3:41pm...in the afternoon, that same day. We used a whopping 15 POUNDS PER BBL on the hot side, and the smell of the brewery (and the inside of the van) was insane! After fermentation, we plus’d it up this year and hit it again with even more hops, using Strata T90, Strata Cryo, and Strata Hyperboost all from the same farm, using more hops than we’ve ever used in a batch! This b**r hits with an intense lychee candy and peach tea profile, while whiffs of pineapple, orange marmalade and raspberry sneak through, and fill out the complexity further. This year’s batch is Draft Only!

All Outa Angst // A West Coast IPA w/ w/ Mosaic, Nelson, Nectaron & Dank Terps, 7.2% abv
This one comes in with a lovely blend of carefully selected hops that work together with some yummo terpenes from our pals at Abstrax Hops . The terps used in this are organic compounds made from botanicals that smell like cannabis and hops. Tasting notes? Think super fresh nugs, grapefruit oil, Mary Jane, kiwi, and a linger of the devil’s lettuce. $18 per 4pk.
