Sixes // collab w/ // A Brujos-Style West Coast IPA w/ Citra, Citra Cryo, Mosaic, and Nectaron, 6.6% abv
The Caster Of Liquid Spells®️himself, our good good Pally™️ Sam Zermeno of Brujos, hit us with the exact recipe of this insanely dope West Coast IPA from his brewery, for another release from our Ghostwriter Series. Using German grown pilsner malt and a dab of wheat, the whirlpool is pumped full of Mosaic and Nectaron, along with some Mosaic Dynaboost. Dry hop comes in with Citra Cryo, Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe, and Nectaron for a lovely intensity that deserves worship. Tasting notes? This one is super citrus forward, with sniffs and sips of pomelo, buddha’s hand, and mandarins. Tracing behind is a bit of the Devil’s Lettuce. Couldn’t leave it out of this one 😈. $18 per 4pk.

Below the Clouds // Dry Irish-style Stout served on nitro, 4.5% abv
We looooooooove trying to split the G so much, we made our own version of it! Grab your favorite pals and see who can gulp just the right amount to hit the spot right below the clouds on this beautiful new rainbow glass. What about the beer? Well, It’s a draught only option that’s a tribute to a certain beer from the bestest cold/wet island, pours black in color, has a legit tan foamer of a head, and is wonderfully easy to drink. Pairs perfectly with good times and rad vibes. Can you drink below the clouds? Draught only.

New Adventures // Nitro Golden Milk Stout w/ Portola Coffee, 5.4% abv
We teamed up with our bud, Jeff Duggan of Portola Coffee, to bring you something that looks like a blonde ale, but tastes like a coffee milk stout! It’s full-bodied, creamy like a Portola cappuccino, and hits with flavors of fresh baked chocolate chip cookies, toasted almonds, and coffee, yep, lots of coffee! Each can is ON NITRO, so you’ll want to give it a light shake back and forth, crack it open, and then pour fast, down the side of your pint glass. *contains lactose*. $18 per 4pk.

Play’n the Crates // DDH West Coast IPA w/ Krush Cryo, Mosaic & Mosaic Cryo, 7.2% abv
Another DDH West Coast IPA? Yep! When there’s just so many ways to do it, it’s hard to not keep ‘em comin’. We turned the volume up on the hops, with a bit more easy listening on the palate. A different play on the way we normally structure the bitterness on our West Coast IPAs, so that it drinks a bit lighter, but while still playing the greats of some of our favorite hop varieties, and keeping it loud on hop saturation from sniff to sip. Tasting notes? Not quite The Cranberries, but more like The Lemonheads, with a fair amount of Fruit Bats, and even some Passion Pit thrown in. $18 per 4pk.

Just One Thing... Nelson! // DDH Hazy Double IPA w/ Nelson, 8.7% abv
It’s our series of beers highlighting the extremes of one single hop variety, double dry hopped to overload the senses with all of what it is. This is our 3rd time making this beer, but this time using our freshie lot of hand selected 2022 Nelson Sauvin from the homies . The Nelson they put out just gets better every year, with tis year it being the most specialist yet! This Nelson helps create a flavor profile of yummy ripe guava, Oro Blanco Grapefruit, NZ Sauv Blanc, and Cotton Candy. $22 per 4pk.

Like Super Profound // A Japanese-Style Rice Lager, 5.0% abv
The healthy portion of rice used to make this one does freak’n wonders to the beer! It lightens up the body, and the color, and makes for what some Pallys would call suuuuuper criiiiiiiiiiiispy! It’s a beer made for literally EVERY occasion. Eating yummo food? Drink this. Going to your favorite brewpub to hang with Cheeky? This one! Showing your friends a magic trick where the beer continues to just “disappear”? This OOOOONE!!! $15 per 4pk.

Happily Deceased // West Coast IPA w/ Mosaic & Nelson, 7.2% abv
We took our West Coast IPA is Dead recipe, lightened up the color, and switched hops over to Mosaic and Nelson. Super punchy on the aromatics, with some well rounded bitterness and lots of ripe mango, Riesling, and that cotton candy pixie dust that Connor Casey loves so much! $16 per 4pk.

Guava in Berlin // Berliner-Style Weisse w/ Lots of Guava, 3.5% abv
Get all those vacationy vibes locked in with the return of this pink wonder. It’s our beloved Berliner-style Weisse with an insane amount of real guava added to it during fermentation. It proudly remains super sessionable and lovingly tart and juicy, with lots of fresh Guava aromatics and flavor. $18 per 4pk.

Forced Optimism // DDH Hazy IPA w/ Citra & Idaho 7, 6.8% abv
We convinced ourselves that Idaho 7 could potentially play nicely with Citra if used at the right amount, and added at the right time. Well, let me tell you, we were right! The Idaho 7 adds a rich layer of hoppiness that stays underneath all the Citra, and doesn’t overwhelm all the mango and orange soda vibes we are looking for. $20 per 4pk.

Zombi Shark Fight // An Italian-style Pils w/ Saphir, 5.2% abv
Max out of our Costa Mesa brewery lead the charge on this one, using Italian coastal barley and German grown Saphir hops. His love for Horror movies is shown in the name and through the art, paying homage to an over the top Italian Horror movie from the 70’s. Wonderfully aromatic with a dried lemon zest vibe along with some sage. The body is light on the palate, but the hops fill it out to create a wonderful tannin structure and a legit snappy bite in the finish. $15 per 4pk.

As the Pendulum Swings // DDH West Coast IPA w/ Mosaic, Citra Cryo, Krush Cryo, & Riwaka Hop Kief, 7.2% abv
This one gets first wort hopped, burst hopped, hop dipped, dry hopped, and hop kief’d. With each changing year, there’s so many techniques and products to have fun with, we wouldn’t be us without trying them all. Tasting notes? Think orange lollipops, strawberry candy, fuzzy mango skin, and the freshest devil’s lettuce. $18 per 4pk.

Thinking With My Face // DDH Hazy DIPA w/ Citra, Wai-Iti, & Superdelic, 8.6% abv
This one brings together a fun hop combo of two New Zealand varietals (Wai-ti and Superdelic) with another out of Washington that needs no introduction (Citra). The Wai-ti brings the peach and stone fruit, the Superdelic brings bright citrus and tropical fruit, while the Citra really helps pull through lots of lovely mango and more zesty citrus. The result? The mouthfeel on this batch is lovely! Full bodied and textured, with just the right amount of hop tannins. Flavor is big on the ripe mango, along with some grapefruit oils and kiwi. $22 per 4pk.

Parking Lot Tattoos // DDH Hazy IPA w/ Citra, Nelson, Riwaka & Rakau, 7.0% abv
This one is aaaaaaall about the super yummo tropical fruit from the legit blend of New Zealand’s Nelson, Riwaka, and Rakau, brought together with America’s finest Citra. The result is wonderfully hazy, super pale, and hits with layers of pineapple juice, kiwi, and passionfruit. $20 per 4pk.

Bier // Helles-style Lager, 5.2%
Using all German ingredients, except for the water, each batch is another baby step towards recreating what we’ve experienced in Munich. Straw in color, with a subtlety and nuance that is hard to describe and instead needs to be experienced! Notes of fresh baked bread, herbal tea, and puffed rice, create a beer style that is praised for it’s liter-worthy drinkability. $14 per 4pk.
