What do I make with those gorgeous long beans, peppers, onions, & mushrooms at the Spotsylvania Farmers Market? Brown Papa Weaver's ground pork, add the veggies & saute, finishing with garlic chili & teriyaki sauce. Serve over rice. Voila, dinner is done!

Post truck loading update:
- 4 packages of bacon available, and about the same number of packages of pork chops
- plenty of breakfast sausages
- no garlic brats, but plenty of mild and hot Italian
- plenty of beef steaks, roasts, and burger!
- 5+ boxes of ribs for our buy 2, get 1 free deal (I don’t want to bring any home!)
- 4 boxes of bacon ends and pieces to give away!

We are celebrating 4th of July with a rib sale and free bacon ends and pieces! Come visit Sarah and Ellie at the Farmers Market Saturday morning and get ready to get the grill fired up!

Come visit Sarah and Ellie at the Spotsylvania Farmers Market tomorrow! Pork chops and bacon are in low supply and will go fast (so come early if you want those), but there are plenty of ribs, sausage, and beef!

After two visits to the ER this week, Papa Weaver was finally diagnosed with a ruptured disc and hopefully will be on the road to recovery soon!
