📢 Exciting Opportunity! We are officially accepting applications for our Culinary & Farmers Market Operations roles at Petite Île!

🚀Are you a good fit? Here is what we are looking for:

• 🗓️ Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays (approx. 8 hours/day) are a must, with possibility to work weekdays at the kitchen
• 🚗 Valid Driver’s License: Required to drive the company van (probationary licenses do not qualify).

• 💪 Physical Capability: Ability to lift and transport market equipment (tents, tables, generators, fryers, and coolers)
• 🍳 Duties: help with markets organisation including packing and loading the van on market days, setting up / breaking down booths, frying Mauritian-style samosas, handling customer sales. Potential role at the kitchen involves food prepping.

Skip the typical food service job. Work directly with the owner to learn the hands-on business side of a growing specialty food company—covering logistics, scaling, and market management
💰 Competitive Pay: $20/hour for multi-person markets or $25/hour when running smaller markets solo.
