This week we’re rolling out Sidekick we’ve never done before: Chicken Lettuce Wraps: A savory blend of chicken, onions, carrots, mushrooms, garlic, water chestnuts, and all those amazing Asian flavors, served with crispy wonton strips and little gem lettuce cups for wrapping. Cool, crunchy, fresh, and just a little too good for something this healthy.

It’s with a heavy heart that I tell you that my cancer is back as the stem cell transplant didn’t hold. So I’m back in the hospital letting my incredible medical team do what they do and on to plan C. The blood drive is still on!!! Please come donate if you can! However the party portion is being postponed to a day when I can be there too!! So in the meantime a blood drive and prayer party seem a fitting celebration of my birthday this year.

Are you ready for this? You might want to sit down.

Father’s Day is this weekend, and we’re celebrating all week long with the return of a Mode legend: The Dadwich.

This tri-tip sandwich doesn’t come around often, but when it does, it steaks its claim as the manliest manwich in town. Smoked tri-tip, bleu cheese aioli, house-made steak sauce, crispy onions, and arugula. It practically wears white sneakers and offers unsolicited grilling advice.

And that’s not the only thing making a comeback. Summer has officially arrived at Mode.
Fresh tomatoes, pineapple, squash, zucchini, basil, and all the bright flavors of the season are popping up throughout our new Summer Menu. Whether you’re craving pizza, pasta, salads, or something plant-based, we’ve got plenty of seasonal favorites, including Vegan and Gluten-Free options.

So come celebrate Dad, celebrate Summer, or just celebrate not having to cook.

Last call for our Spring Menu! 🌸🍕
This is the final weekend to enjoy our spring specials before they disappear for the season.
After Sunday, the Bleu Bird will fly south, From Russia with Love will be nothing more than a fond memory, and you can French Quiche those flavors goodbye until next year.
So if the spring menu has been your favorite, consider this your official notice. Stop by this weekend and get one last taste before it’s gone.
Because come Monday morning, we’d hate for the taste of regret to be the only thing left on the menu.

Summer is rapidly approaching so we thought we’d get you in the “Mode” for the warm weather, grilling everything, fresh veggies and summer season that’s just around the corner! This week’s Sidekick Special is our Summer Corn Salad. Fresh local sweet Brentwood corn, grilled and tossed with cherry tomatoes, red + orange bells, red onions, cucumbers and a honey - lime - red wine vinaigrette. Topped with feta and parsley, it’s as beautiful as it is delicious. One bite and you’ll be saying “Shuck Yeah”! Sorry, we didn’t mean to get corny. Available through Sunday. GF. (Vegan depending on where you stand with honey.)

June has arrived and we’re officially in summer mode. Vacations, graduations, Father’s Day, and every excuse to spend a little more time on a patio.

To kick things off, we’re going full Dad Mode with this week’s Sidekick Special: Daddy O-Rings!

Vidalia onions, tempura battered and fried to golden perfection, served with our savory caper-dill sauce for maximum dunkability. Gluten free and dill-icious! (Vegan upon request).

So all you Rad Dads, Father Figures, Faux Pas, and Grill Sergeants, this one’s for you. Bring us your best dad jokes, your finest dad bod, and that one story your kids have begged you to stop telling.

Some foods feel like summer in a bowl. This is one of them. 🍤☀️

This week’s special is Shrimp Ceviche: poached white shrimp tossed with cilantro, avocado, tomato, jalapeño, red onion, lime juice, and our Mexican spice blend. Served with house-made chili lime tortilla chips (GF).

Cold, citrusy, bright, and dangerously easy to keep eating long after you said “just one more chip.”
