The 23rd Annual Nebraska's Junk Jaunt is right around the corner! With all the excitement (which we are glad to see), there have been a couple of instances where comments have deviated from our policy regarding social media interactions on our page. We want everyone to have an opportunity to share with us the things that you like but also ways that we can do better! As we have over 21,000 followers, now seems like a great time to share with everyone our policy regarding comments made.

The 23rd Annual Nebraska's Junk Jaunt is approaching quickly! Do you have your hotel rooms booked? Registered as a vendor? Ordered your shopper guide?
We wanted to make sure and share some important deadlines!
July 1st is the deadline to purchase advertising in the Shopper Guide.
August 3rd is the deadline to register as a vendor!

Nebraska's Junk Jaunt really does have something for everyone! You can always be guaranteed to find the most unique and interesting items along the way. Here is a great example of someone looking for that unique item. Today, we had someone (a collector) call us looking for this item. He collects electronic singing fish-how is that for fun and unique! Do you have something like this? Give us a holler and we will put you in touch with them!

Nebraska's Junk Jaunt is committed to investing back into its member communities. This investment involves a yearly $500 scholarship that is given to one graduating senior who plans to further their education in an area of study focused on marketing, media, tourism or a related field.
This year's scholarship was awarded to Caydence Feldman. Caydence will be graduating from Litchfield Public Schools in May with plans to attend the University of Nebraska in Lincoln in the fall. She will be working towards a degree in broadcasting.
Presenting Caydence with her scholarship is our local coordinator in Litchfield, Theresa Gabriel.
Nebraska's Junk Jaunt congratulates Caydence and wishes her well on what is sure to be a bright future ahead!

The Annual Meeting of Nebraska's Junk Jaunt was held on Saturday, March 7th in Dannebrog, NE. A delicious lunch of pizza was provided by the Danish Baker for those in attendance. Elections were held during the meeting which brought Bruce Ash (Arcadia) onto the board to replace retiring board member Denis Klausen (Boelus).
