🥗 Fresh & Easy Greek Ground Turkey Bowls
Bright, flavorful, and ready in under 30 minutes—Jaindl ground turkey sautéed with garlic and warm Mediterranean spices, served over fluffy rice or quinoa and topped with fresh veggies, feta, and creamy tzatziki.
🔥 How to make it:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
Add Jaindl ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks
Stir in garlic, oregano, thyme, cumin, salt & pepper
Cook 2–3 more minutes until fully cooked and slightly crisp on the edges
Spoon over a bed of cooked quinoa or basmati rice
Top with cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, red onion, kalamata olives, and feta
Finish with a generous dollop of tzatziki and a squeeze of lemon
