2022. Beautiful, challenging, delicious, tearful, joyful, exhausting. Just like the last two. Thank you to all who showed up last week, last month, and last year in support of our little farm and market. Thank you to anyone who has ever wandered into the field, shop, or market tents over the last decade. You allow us to make the magic happen.

The world feels strange so much of the time now. I'm honored to be a part of yours and hope I can offer some green, rooted respite wherever you are. Thanks for following this local food journey and watching this organic dream grow. These last few years have been tough and hard sometimes just awful for so many of us. I'm not giving up on you. So don't you give up on me, either.

Missing us yet? We sure miss you! This week we have very few markets again, only Clark Park and Wrightstown, along with a special pre-order drop at Chestnut Hill. To make up for this, we will be doing another round of local special order drop offs on Friday the 30th. And we’ve added two locations in Kutztown and southern Berks. To get your mushrooms this week, make your order by Thursday at noon. We will deliver to your chosen location by Friday at noon. To to primordiafarm.com to place your order.

We are OPEN! 10am-3pm today!

Spent some time yesterday reconfiguring the fruits and veggies so they didn't freeze in here, so everything is here and stocked, including lettuce and spinach, they just might not be where you normally find them!

I'm keeping the doors closed because it's just too cold, but I am here running a couple little heaters and drinking some hot coffee and hope to see you!

We are closed Friday!

We'll be resting, harvesting, and prepping for Small Business Saturday! Everyday is pretty much small business Saturday for us, but we will be debuting some holiday specials, including gift sets, meal packages, and perhaps a December Harvest box or two throughout the month. Stay tuned!

We've got it all, and we've got it now! We'll be open from 10:00 to 5:00 today with Cellar Beast Winehouse here from noon on and extra pies and treats from Warm Sugar.

We will be closed on Thursday and Friday, and then back Saturday and Sunday with seasonal specials and gift sets! More on that tomorrow.

Housekeeping for this week!

We will be open Monday from noon to 4:00, Tuesday and Wednesday from 10:00 to 5:00, and Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 to 3:00 this week!

We will be closed on Thursday and Friday!

Klein's will be delivering dairy and we will have it for pickup on Saturday. On Wednesday, Warm Sugar will be here for her dessert pickups and with some extra treats. Our friends at Cellar Beast will be here from noon to 5:00 on Wednesdays with samplings and takeaways for any of your staying in or going out adventures.

If you ordered a veggie box and can't pick it up during our store hours, I will have it in our outdoor cooler for you to snag at your convenience.

We have an email list where we send seasonal updates and notes about discounts, specials, and upcoming events. I send less than 12 emails a year. If you would like to be on this list, send me a message with your email address and I will add you to the spreadsheet!

Tom has introduced the third of his hot sauce trifecta to the world!

The Pineapple Habanero Ginger is his newest creation, featuring fresh young ginger from our dear friends .garden.llc. If you are looking for a palatable heat with a nice sweet finish, look no further!

These hot sauces are prized and cherished by our regulars and a staple in the pantry for the crew. The Smokin' Peach features smoked Sugar Rush Peach peppers and smoked peaches from our friends at The Berry Farm, with a deep sweet and smoky flavor and medium heat. The Fish Pepper is a more developed and complex tabasco, featuring fermented fish peppers and sweet Jimmy Nardello peppers, and a whole bunch of our garlic. And, of course, our newest pineapple habanero joy. Highly recommended for your own taste buds and to gift to the ones you love.

Tom spent the whole season raising 900 pepper plants for these tasty delights, and then spent the last three months finishing his day job and heading out to the field or into the kitchen to work on these incredible value-added products. We're all so proud of him, and I'm so excited to bring some amazing shelf stable flavors to the stand and to your homes this season.

And a very special thanks to the artistic hand of .purzycki, who designed all of these amazing labels!

Thanks for all who help with this amazing organization to distribute food within our community all season long, and thanks to our patrons who donate to our contribution fund. We were able to pull together over 600 pounds of potatoes for the holiday distribution this past weekend!
