We got our first harvest in earnest so far this year. The jumbo cayennes will be dried and powdered, the Habaneros I am thinking will become Habanero Peach Pepper Jelly, and the Scotch Bonnets will be used for salsa.

There are a lot more peppers to ripen this year for hot sauce!

I got the rest of this years peppers planted today.

2 Mazano pants
2 Thai plants
6 Cayenne plants
6 Habanero plants
4 Scotch Bonnet plants
6 Jalapeño plants
3 Tabasco plants (I want 3 more)
3 Peperocini plant
10 Carolina Reaper plants

For a total of 42 plants. We have a LOT of hot sauce peppers prepped and in the freezer from prior years so this year the plants are more geared towards getting our pepper powder stock back up.

We got 10 Carolina Reaper starts already. When you find them you have to sn**ch them!!! Into the wagon to be overnighted...
