June 11 we will have our USDA Inspected Chicken available!
This Chicken is absolutely delicious and is a great addition to your meal planning.

Our Chickens will go in for processing on June 10 and will be available for purchase after that date.
We will have our classic Whole Chicken available as well as other package options:
Halved Chicken, 8 piece Cut Up, and 4 Piece Cut Up.
Along with these traditional cuts, we are able to have packages of Chicken Feet (great source of collagen and traditional soup stock ingredient), and Hearts and Livers.
You can place your orders early by emailing us at [email protected] or watch the website www.wilmarthfarm.com for our restocking of the inventory early June.
Our Chicken begins in the brooder as day old chicks and transition onto pasture to finish out in the "tractors". They are moved twice daily to allow for clean foraging and healthy living. We know our Chicken is delicious, and you can enjoy it also!

New arrival by Olaf and Meriage Acres 1st calf heifer! She's already toured the pasture.
Momma is doing a stellar job. Elliott is the sire of this cow.

The worst of the weather they had warned us of since yesterday did not come to play, but the lambs did.
We need the moisture and got it w/o the bad storms they said could be possible.
The ewes and lambs are in and pretty much dry.

2 ewes lambed at 12 a.m. Tuesday (today).
Here is a Nursery walk thru. Only 3 more ewes to go. 15 total ewes. 12 have lambed. 25 Lambs so far.

At 1:00 a.m. this morning NMB 24 gave birth to Twins. A 9.5 lb ewe lamb who was a harrrrd push, and her 9. lb. brother who slid right out 15 minutes after her almost unnoticed. She is a wonderful Momma. They ewe lamb was trying to get up in 5 minutes, and succeeded in 10. Her brother was just as quick.

The head was low and the legs above it. Which legs went with the head? I decided to call the experts. A smooth pull and all are well. ❤️
