Chilaquiles is our new favorite breakfast. We used .craft.butchers beef tallow to fry up the chips. Then, we tossed the chips in Tomatillo Avocado Salsa. Added a sunny side up farm fresh egg. Topped with more salsa cojita cheese and finished with radish and cilantro microgreens!

Grilled Peach Salad

Took the peaches from and added a dash of salt and pepper with a splash of olive oil. Grilled for a minute on each side. Took some Mountain Glade tomatoes out of the garden and some delicious burrata cheese. Then drizzled on .food onion balsamic glaze and olive oil. Finish is with some fresh cracked black pepper, salt, and Mountain Glade sunflower microgreens. They add a sweet nutty flavor to any dish. They are also rich in Omega 6 and Omega 3. Which helps with the brain.

Fresh juicy peaches from with creamy burrata cheese covered with a glazed onion balsamic from .food. fresh cracked black pepper and flaky salt. Finished with a pile of our delicious arugula micro greens. This was amazing.
