This is real, slow-smoked barbecue…
Fully cooked, vacuum sealed…
and ready in about 30 minutes whenever you want it.

I thought I sold him a month's supply. I was wrong!

There is no bigger compliment to a pitmaster than a customer who re-orders 48 hours later because their family wiped out their stash.

Staurday: Delivered 8 bags of brisket and 4 bags of pork. Monday: "Hey Matt, can I get 8 more bags of brisket? My family came over and we're out."
