🍀 OUR BIGGEST EVENT YET! 🍀

We’re thrilled to share some exciting news from Chef Paddy’s Kitchen!

On October 24–25, we’ll be making our debut at the 42nd Annual Mount Dora Craft Fair, marking our biggest event to date!

For more than four decades, the Mount Dora Craft Fair has brought together talented artisans, makers, and small businesses from across the country. Recognized by Sunshine Artist magazine as America’s #1 All-Time Favorite Classic/Contemporary Craft Festival in 2021, this nationally recognized event welcomes more than 200,00 visitors annually.

We will be among 350 vendors. For our small business, participating in an event of this caliber represents an exciting milestone. It’s an opportunity to share our passion for bold, distinctive flavors with an entirely new audience, alongside some of the country’s talented makers.

We’re proud of how far we’ve come, grateful for everyone who’s supported us along the way, and excited about what’s ahead.

THE WAIT IS OVER. LUCKY LIME IS BACK — FOR GOOD!

What started as a summer favorite has officially earned a permanent spot in the Chef Paddy's Kitchen lineup!

Bright, tangy lime. Bold guajillo and ancho chiles. Just the right kick of heat!

From tacos and grilled shrimp to chicken, corn, fries, popcorn, and even fresh fruit, Lucky Lime brings the flavor all year long!

And the best part? It's not going anywhere!

Seeing our blends lined up in someone else’s kitchen never gets old. What started in my kitchen is now making its way into kitchens and onto dinner tables all over — and that’s pretty damn cool.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out and supported Chef Paddy’s Kitchen today. We had an incredible market, met so many great people, and Ohana officially SOLD OUT!

There’s something special about the market at Lakeridge Winery & Vineyards — the people, the vendors, the atmosphere, and the support make it an awesome place to spend a Saturday.

Every conversation, every bottle purchased, and every person who stopped by our table means more than you know. Days like today keep this little spice business growing.
