Our delicious offerings for next week (6/14) are (drumroll please) a decadent rich lobster mac and cheese. If you’re not keen on lobster or even gluten if can be made without either. Cheesy! 😋😋
The sweet is a Maine blueberry 🫐 crisp. Great for dessert with a little vanilla bean ice cream or even warmed up for a delightful breakfast. This can also be made gluten free.
The soup is a Chicken and Lime soup. Very Mexican approach with this soup. Tortilla chips on the side. Delicious!
If any of these sound like you must have them; please order by day’s end Thursday (6/11). Gives time to gather and prep for the bake on Saturday.
We’re also on the hunt for cedar boards for a project Squirrel is doing. Any one know where we can buy some? Thanks for your help in this matter and your orders! Each one means the world to us!

Morning all! We start our deliveries today at 10 on Edaco Ct in Ellsworth. After a quick trip to Walgreen’s for Squirrel’s heart meds we shoot out to Winkumpaugh. Hurd’s Point, Mountainy Pond, Bangor x4, River Rd x2, Town Farm, Milvale, Frankfort, Gross Point Rd, Soper Rd, Red Paint, Cedar Swamp, Violette’s Way and Back Ridge.

It’s chive blossom season. Snip them and soak in white vinegar for a week…strain and you get delicious light oniony vinegar. 😋😋

Afternoon all! It’s Sunday! We’re still in Savannah; but heading home this week. Been raining here most of our visit; but we’re not here for the weather but for our family! ❤️Love visiting but couldn’t live here. It’s been 98 degrees and high humidity. Too hot outside and cold inside.
It’ll be time to get back into the baking soon. So here are our offerings for June 7th.
Turkey Pot Pie and or a turkey bake if one doesn’t want the crust. The sweet is an orange meringue using our farm fresh eggs and our canned orange juice.
Soup is a classic…minestrone. Tomato based with plenty of veggies.
Remember to order your eggs as well. We shall be happy to deliver them too!
Please order by day’s end Thursday 6/4). We thank you for support and orders. And look forward to baking for you!

We may be off! The next 10 days…the ladies of the barn will still be laying their delicious eggs. The cooler will be filled every evening by our gorgeous and responsible daughter, Kelly. We’re so grateful to her!!! So come by and get your eggs. The perennials are on the honor system as well. The price is at the top of the tag in the plant. Just buy it and put $$$ in the cash box. We will back and ready to go by June 3rd! Thanks everyone! Take care and see you in June!!!!
