With all those viral protein bagels being baked at home, it’s only fitting to introduce you all to this delish veggie bagel sandwich!!
If you are like me and don’t bake much then highly recommend getting bagels!! They are made with wholesome plant-based ingredients that are high in fiber & protein, no preservatives, low carb, superfood-rich, and low in calories!!

P.S - not all of their bagels are free from onion and garlic, but they do have a select handful of both bread & bagels free of allium.

Here is what you need to make the veggie bagel sandwich:
1. Bagel of your choice
2. Cream cheese
3. Avocado
4. Tomato slices
5. Cucumber slices
6. Spring mix
7. Pickled carrots
8. Italian seasoning
9. Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Toast your ROYO bagel
2. Spread a decent amount of cream cheese to both sides
3. Sprinkle on some Italian seasoning
4. Layer on the veggies: spring mix, tomatoes, cucumbers, avocado, carrots, salt, and pepper
5. Pickled carrots: ribbon 1 carrot in a mixing bowl, to that add a punch of salt, vegan ponzu, and black pepper. Let it sit while you prep everything else
6. Say a little prayer & enjoy!!
