Thank you Lindsay for doing such an amazing job! We were definitely the dynamic duo tonight!!!
Serving over 800 cocktails, 82 glasses of wine and champagne, and about 30 beers. Client extended 2 hours because everyone was having a blast!
The Hydration Station was in high demand.
We probably filled those 3 3 1/2 gallon canisters at least 20 times tonight. Always a great option for events. Bottled waters can be pricey, and most get left half drank sitting on a table, or left in the restroom. Having a variety of fruit infused water in self-serve set up, with freshly sliced fruits and herbs, is a nice way to keep your guests hydrated and cool, and adds an element of sophistication to the evening. Pauline went with strawberry mint, Citrus Zest, and Filtered Spring.
