Stoneybrook Community Fall Festival took place yesterday and we joined it. Neighbors loved Steamed Dumpling with BBQ pork and chicken, taste and bought some home for their dinner. A lot of them took the menu and will order in the future. So glad to help the neighbors in this way!

These homemade family style food are delicious. The Bun, now people used to call it “BAO” , is steamed with BBQ flavor sauce or Beef with Onion. Please keep it in the freezer. When you want to enjoy it, place it on a plate and covered with wet paper towel, put into microwave to heat 2 – 3 minutes, depends on the power of your microwaves, then ready to serve, simple like that!

Homemade Nougat with several type of flavors, such as Coffee, Cranberry, Matcha and Almond as the original Flavor for you to choose. You may also order with your specific requested flavor, such as Peanuts, Raisin….. at same price!
