Northern Thai Spiced Pork Sausage (Sai Aou / ΰΉ„ΰΈͺΰΉ‰ΰΈ­ΰΈ±ΰΉˆΰΈ§). Grilled and smoky, served with sticky rice, Green Chili Dipping Sauce (Nam Prik Noom), and crispy pork rinds.

Oxtail Panang Curryβ€” September weekends only πŸ›

Okay, this one's special. Tender oxtail, braised low and slow until it's falling off the bone, simmered in our rich panang curry with coconut milk and all the right spices. Served over steamed jasmine rice. Comfort food that actually means it.

Here's the catch: we're only making this on weekends, and only through September. Once the month's gone, so is this bowl. This one won't wait around.
