Fresh housemade pastrami. If u know, ur probably getting hungry right about now. Brisket brined for a week then smoked low and slow for 12 hours. We use this in our Reuben the Cuban, traditional Reuben and Pastrami sandwiches for anyone looking to try it. 🥪

As we are moving into 2026, taking time to smell the 2025 flowers is in order. While 2025 was a rough year for a lot of people, including myself, it was also a year of growth as well. From making it into the Orlando Sentinel in July, learning to make Cuban bread from scratch and on to pushing myself to my limits just to see what I was capable of. It was a building block to get where I want to go.
While 2026 is just starting to get going, I have some goals already in mind. From expanding the menus, revisiting some classics I haven't done in awhile (salute to my frita burger lovers) and hopefully doing some more collabs to my main goal of serving you all full-time. Thanks for all the support and feed back. It's the people that keep me motivated during those 90+ degree days in the summer. 2026 better be ready because I'm just getting started 😎🔥
