The Story Behind the Dub Shack at Brew Theory

So this bad ass craft brewery located in downtown Orlando was open for business, making beers for theirs and other brands. However, Brew Theory, although a great brewery, wasn’t quite a household name in Florida. Brew Theory Founder Jeremy Roberts reached out to Jeremy “JDub” Joerger to see if a relationship might make sense...

JDub’s Brewing located in sunny Sarasota and founded in 2014, had developed a State-Wide presence, selling brews in some of the largest retailers in the State / Country and known for making innovative beers sold throughout the Sunshine State and beyond. The brewery had grown so many times over and since 2015, had begun brewing beers at much larger facilities in Florida. In spite of a State-Wide presence, JDub’s wanted to have a physical presence outside of Sarasota....

In April 2020,”The Jeremy’s” inked a deal and made it official. JDub’s would begin making it’s core beers at Brew Theory and part of the agreement was the establishment of this here “Dub Shack”. At the Dub Shack at Brew Theory, folks can enjoy the vibe of JDub’s flagship location in Sarasota, as long as beer offerings from JDub’s and other Brew Theory partners.
