It all started in 1995 while working in sales for a welding supply company. Customers would be presented with Nana's Recipe Bread n Butter pickles as gifts. Since then, I have added more items from her recipe collection of 50 plus years. We still pack and prepare everything the traditional way.

Tonight’s dinner was good, Apple Pie baby back ribs, used my Carolina Bold Gold Mustard BBQ sauce as a binder, then my BBQ Dry Rub & a touch of my Smash Burger seasoning, 3 bean BBQ beans using my Sweet & Smokey BBQ sauce with a splash of the Carolina Bold Gold, Coleslaw with matchstick cut Granny Smith Apples, and Apples with a little brown sugar, cinnamon on top the ribs the last 2 hours wrapped in foil
