The countdown begins as Orlando Carnival Downtown proudly celebrates 40 years of Carnival in Central Florida!
For four decades, Carnival has brought together people from across the Caribbean and beyond to celebrate our rich cultures, vibrant traditions, and the spirit of unity that makes our community so special. What started as a celebration of heritage has grown into one of the region’s most anticipated cultural events, showcasing the music, artistry, creativity, and energy of the Caribbean.

Join us as we honor the legacy of those who helped build this incredible tradition and celebrate the generations who continue to keep the Carnival spirit alive.

We were honored to experience The Bahamas through a special familiarization trip made possible by Bahamasair, giving us the chance to immerse ourselves in the culture, hospitality, and excitement of Bahamas Carnival.

From the incredible music and spectacular costumes to reconnecting with friends from the Orlando Carnival community, the trip was a beautiful reminder that Caribbean culture knows no borders. Every event, every conversation, and every celebration showcased the warmth and pride that make our region so special.

We were also excited to learn more about Bahamasair's convenient connections from Florida to The Bahamas and onward to Trinidad, creating even more opportunities for Carnival lovers to experience multiple Caribbean destinations and festivals with ease. A special thank you as well to Margaritaville Beach Resort Nassau for their wonderful hospitality during our stay.

Thank you to Bahamasair for this unforgettable opportunity to explore, connect, and celebrate the spirit of the Caribbean. We can't wait to share more of our journey and encourage everyone to add The Bahamas to their travel list!
