Brewed in collaboration with , this one is a throwback to everything we love about the style…bold pine, sticky dankness, and bright grapefruit character. Dry hopped with Tangier, Anchovy, and Riwaka for a crisp, modern take on a classic West Coast IPA.

We’re launching a full lineup of handcrafted cocktails this summer to complement our ever-changing tap list. Just like our beer, every spirit and cocktail is made in-house, giving us complete creative freedom to push flavors in unexpected directions.

Expect bold ingredients, unconventional combinations, seasonal releases, and the same “what the hell are they making now?” energy you’ve come to expect from us.

Back by popular demand…our pho-inspired Viet-style Gose brewed with our friends at returns THIS FRIDAY.

Loaded with pho spices, Thai basil, fresh lime, and jalapeños, this one of a kind brew balances savory, citrusy, herbal, and spicy flavors in the best way possible. It’s weird. It’s delicious. It’s Pho Sho. 🍻
