We just passed the 3-year mark with our anniversary last weekend, and being recognized (by you!) in the BEST OF ORLANDO awards was a wonderful continuation of the celebration. Introducing our two Endless anniversary mead releases (coming August 15th at our 3-Year Anniversary!)

Our very first Endless Mead is back! Made from 2000 lbs of PNW premium blueberries and a very special local Gallberry Blossom honey from Geneva, FL! Our ENDLESS series are waterless meads made only with the highest quality fruit and honey, no water added, to allow for the fullest expression on the fruit and honey in each sip.

A rich, deep dark purple mead with all the complexities of blueberries: Sweet and Tart, Floral and Tannic, combined with the buttery-sweet molasses-like Gallberry honey.  Perfectly balanced, super fruity, and will easily improve with age for the next few decades.

::ENDLESS BLUEBERRY::
Waterless Blueberry Gallberry Blossom Mead with Blueberries. Aged on a special blend of oak  - 14% ABV

::ENDLESS BLUEBERRY CASHEW::
Endless Blueberry rested on 500 pounds of cashews - 14% ABV

The resulting mead is like a blueberry pastry, as the cashews infused a rich, buttery nuttiness into the mead for an unforgettable experience!

The first batch of Endless Blueberry, back in 2022, was awarded a 92 point score by Master Sommelier Madeline Triffon! We'll be tapping the last keg of it to celebrate our anniversary! You'll be able to experience the beauty of our aged mead by having it side by side with the newest batch!

Introducing our two barrel-aged anniversary collab mead releases (coming August 15th at our 3-Year Anniversary!)

Both bottles are a collaboration with Angry Chair Brewing Angry Chair Brewing (Tampa) and made possible thanks to their beautiful wet stout barrels.

Our TRIPTYCH NECTAR series showcases the complex layers and depth of flavor imparted from select third-use barrels.

::TRIPTYCH NECTAR: ANGRY ANGEL::
Caramelized Black Mangrove Honey Mead (Bochet) aged in an Angry Chair Snow Angel stout barrel that previously held Apple Brandy.  - 16% ABV

The result is a mead-stout hybrid that showcases everything we love about this series. The mead has big stout aromas, with amazing flavors of both liquids that previously rested in the barrel but with all the wonderful caramel mead notes still at the core.

::TRIPTYCH NECTAR: ANGRY TRAIL::Caramelized Black Mangrove Blossom Mead (Bochet) aged in an Angry Chair Adjunct Trail Stout barrel that previously held Double Oaked Bourbon, aged on 100 pounds of Toasted Coconut, and Hazelnut Coffee. - 16% ABV

The resulting mead is in a category unto itself, this is a “pastry mead”, a truly decadent liquid dessert. We used unsweetened toasted coconut so this Mead is not objectively sweeter than Angry Angel, yet the richness from the coconut and hazelnut pushes it to perceived pastry levels. It’s wonderfully balanced, with the coffee cutting through and finishing on an incredible savory coconut note.
