I write something nearly every morning. I write to create awareness and intention. I write to create a vision of the future I want. I write to rewire my brain and create a new "normal".

If you feel stuck in the past or frozen by the future, pick up a pen. If you feel unsatisfied with your current life, pick up a pen. If you're searching for answers, pick up a pen.

With elections coming I implore you to vote for...

-- supporting our democratic institutions-- Free and fair elections, the independent judiciary, The Free press and the independent Treasury.
-- supporting a Supreme Court that makes decisions based on constitutionality and common Sense, not religious or political doctrine.
-- Yes, on 4 in Florida
-- tariffs will only add to inflation, we've been down this road before.
-- have a little faith in your fellow man. Don't demonize groups of people.
