The salmon at Shari's was not that good. Although, I did get a lot of energy and a good Omega-3 fatty acids from the salmon, it was rubbery and tasted like it came out of a microwave. Of course, it's the local cook. Typically I like sit down restaurant food, but this cook was just not on par this time. My stomach enjoyed it better than my taste buds.
