If you’ve been thinking about joining us, we’d be honored to welcome you to the table for an intimate 5–7 course dinner inspired by the food, traditions, and hospitality of the South.
Each course tells a story—from the farms and artisans we visit, to the ingredients we discover while traveling through the Smoky Mountains and across the South, to the family recipes and traditions that have shaped the way we cook. It’s an evening of conversation, storytelling, and food made with intention.
This is more than dinner—it’s a chance to slow down, gather around the table, and experience Southern hospitality the way we know it.
