Born from a love of Japanese flavors and the soft, pillowy texture of shokupan (Japanese milk bread), we set out to bring something unique and fresh to Mills 50. Everything is handmade daily with premium ingredients. Here’s what your reviews are saying:

🍰 The Signature Mochi Cubes: Soft milk bread wrapped around HANDMADE mochi. Flavors like Taro Ube, Matcha, Chocolate Strawberry, and Biscoff Butter . Reviewers say they’re “absolutely delicious and unique” with the perfect chewy texture .

🙌 Important Notice: Closed Today (Lunar New Year’s Eve)

Due to an unexpected internet outage, KŌRI Bakery and Dessert will be closed today, Monday, February 16th.

We had no plans to close on both Presidents’ Day and Lunar New Year’s Eve, but maybe it’s meant to be—a little nudge to take a break and celebrate the holiday with our families and loved ones. 🧧✨

We apologize for any inconvenience this causes and truly appreciate your understanding.

“Or Skip...” 😂 (Skipping is not in our vocabulary). Day 3 is all about the most satisfying step in the drink-making symphony: sealing those cups with the perfect click. Who else loves the crisp ASMR sound of closing lids? I absolutely do. 🙌

That final “click” means an order is ready to go and a customer is about to get their delicious dose of joy.
