Hello familia !

Welcome to our family’s table where we will serve up the best meats, eats, and treats from our kitchen table to yours!

Mesa is Spanish for table, and that is the core belief of our food, to serve fresh meals as if you were sitting at our dinner table.

Our recipes will focus on meat-centric dishes mixed with a Puerto Rican flair giving you a meal that will leave you feeling like you ate at Abuela’s house, and definitely wanting seconds 🙂

Our menu will have signaute favorites along with rotating specials to keep our motto of fresh food from our table to yours.

While the food truck is coming soon (we PROMISE) …

"Mother Clucker"

First we started with 24 hour seasoned chicken thighs breaded and AIR FRIED until crisp then done up nashville hot style with our homemade cayenne pepper oil and seasoning with pickle.

Finish the sandwhich with a homemade pepper mayo sauce, cheese, lettuce, tomato , and a daves earthy bun toasted

DONT WASTE YOUR LEFTOVERS ⚠️

Yesterday was easter and I cooked up a feast for my family and of course had mad leftovers so here is what we did with what we had. Ingridents were simple

We call this one "el puerco loco"

Toasted white bread
Leftover mojo marinated pernil
Spicy slaw
Tomatoes
Tostones (yes tostones)
Cheese
Homemade habanero sauce

Toasted to your liking and cut diagonal because we like it that way.
