I love good food and on my search for a sustainable eating lifestyle I have learned a lot. For the past three years I have spent countless hours in the kitchen experimenting with creative and wholesome ingredients, ones not easily found on the shelves of your local grocer. It's not paleo but it's beautiful. My birthday cake. It's a Basil Strawberry Italian Olive Oil cake with cream cheese frosting. It is low sugar and no artificial junk. And all the flowers are edible from my gardens.

What is fire cider? It is garlic, onion, ginger, horseradish, citrus fruits infused in apple cider vinager for 4 weeks then mixed with organic lemon juice and raw honey. 🔥🍋 🐝🍯

With a list of ingredients like that you know it has tons of health improving qualities. It is immune system boosting and it is good for digestion. Whenever I start to feel sick I take a shot of it. I'm not going to lie, I was nervous to try it but it was surprisingly good. Although the kids are not fans. 🔥
