Crispy Pepperoni Pizza Bites

These little pizza bites are crispy, cheesy, buttery, and seriously so easy to make. Perfect for movie night, game day, after-school snacks, or a quick party appetizer. Serve them with warm marinara and watch them disappear!

Ingredients
1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
24 slices pepperoni
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp melted butter
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Marinara sauce, for dipping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.
Place 2–3 pepperoni slices on each triangle, then add a small handful of shredded mozzarella.
Roll each triangle up from the wide end to the point, like a mini crescent roll.
Place the rolls on the baking sheet with the seam side down.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Brush the garlic butter over the pizza bites, then sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
Bake for 10–13 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Quick Tip

Don’t overfill the dough, or the cheese may leak out while baking. A little cheese goes a long way!

Would you dip these in marinara or ranch?
