A fun and easy no-bake treat made with just Oreos and milk, rolled up to look like sushi! Perfect for kids and cookie lovers alike.
Ingredients:

20 Oreo cookies
¼ cup milk

Directions:

Separate the Oreo cookies and scrape out the filling into a small bowl.
Place the cookie halves in a food processor and blend until fine crumbs form.
Add milk to the crumbs and mix until a dough-like consistency forms.
Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper into a thin rectangle.
Spread the reserved Oreo filling evenly over the dough.
Carefully roll the dough into a tight log, like sushi.

Ingredients:

For the Crust:

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup granulated sugar
6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

For the Lemon Filling:

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
½ cup fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp lemon zest
½ cup heavy whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla extract

For Garnish:

Whipped cream
Lemon slices
Fresh mint (optional)

Directions:

Make the Crust:

In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
Press the mixture firmly into a 9-inch tart pan or pie dish.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.

Make the Lemon Filling:

In a large bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, heavy whipping cream, and vanilla extract until smooth.

¾ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
4 large eggs
¾ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp vegetable oil
¼ cup whole milk
Pastel food coloring (pink, blue, yellow, purple)
Powdered sugar (for rolling)

For the Filling:

8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup powdered sugar
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla extract

For Decoration:

Whipped cream
Easter sprinkles
Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Directions:

Make the Cake:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 10x15-inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper. Grease lightly.

Ingredients:

For the Cake:

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 ¾ cups granulated sugar
¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup buttermilk
½ cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup hot coffee (or hot water)

For the Cream Filling:

1 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow creme (Fluff)
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp heavy cream

For the Chocolate Ganache:

1 cup heavy cream
1 ½ cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 tbsp unsalted butter

Directions:

Make the Cake:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Add buttermilk, oil, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until combined.

1 lb cooked salmon (or 2 cans, drained and flaked)
½ cup breadcrumbs (or almond flour for a low-carb option)
¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp lemon zest
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)

Directions:

In a large bowl, mix flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, feta, red onion, parsley, dill, garlic, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper.
