If you’re planning an Orlando vacation, Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex is about an hour away and makes such a fun change of pace from the parks. Here’s what we loved:

Taste of Space runs through November 8, with fall bites like confit turkey with corncakes and a jumbo apple streusel muffin (my favorite!)

The bus tour was our highlight. It takes you out to The Gantry with a test fire simulation and four floors of hands-on exhibits

Planet Play, which kept my kids could have stayed at all day

Now seeing a launch in person is officially on my bucket list. Have you ever seen one?

Spending the day in Disney’s Animal Kingdom with Abby McDuck and we are playing Rock, Paper, Scissors to determine who gets to pick our appetizer, entree, and dessert. Oh, and the spinny wheel determines how much we get to spend 😅!

I think that this is the best quick service meal deal in all of Disney World, and not enough people know about it! At Pizza Ponte in Disney Springs you can get any slice of pizza (which are huge by the way) and a frozen Bellini for only $13. This is basically like getting the pizza for free! They also have non-alcoholic slushies you can choose from for the combo and it makes the total $11!

I tried both the Big Roman slice which is absolutely massive, as well as the Parma Cotto which has ham, mozzarella, and ricotta and was also VERY big and very good. I’ll definitely be coming back!!
