I recently joined a Disney friend from California at one of her favorite restaurants, which is also one of mine. La Crêperie De Paris in the France Pavilion in Epcot is a gluten-friendly paradise. They have a separate crepe maker for those who avoid gluten, and the galettes are made with buckwheat, which is gluten-free. You can even have your dessert crepes made with the buckwheat batter. As good as everything is, I pretty much always go with my favorite Saumon - Smoked Salmon, Creme Fraiche, Chives, and Lemon. While I would have liked to try the Poulet, the Bechamel sauce contains wheat. My friend loves their Chevre crepe with Goat Cheese, Spinach, Honey, and Walnuts. I have to admit it looked great, so I may be trying that next time. This is a sit-down, reserevation accepted restaurant, but you can likely get a walk-up time when you visit. There is also a takeout window outside with additional tasty options. Oh, and you can get my favorite drink from Chefs De France here - a French Martini. Trust me when I tell you it’s the best!

Amazing gluten free finds at Costco in Clermont, Florida! Check your local Costco! I can attest that the pistachio macaron pops are incredible!

What a surprise I had waiting for me in the mailbox when I got home from the Magic Kingdom today! It couldn’t have been timed any better!!! A new passholder calendar that starts the year off with Figment for my favorite Festival of the Arts! Thank you so much for this wonderful surprise Disney

Mexico hit a home run at the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival! All three food items are gluten friendly and utterly delicious! If you get nothing else at the festival, the flan is a must! Show this country all the love you can. They always have something that is gluten-friendly!

Second round at the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival. The trout was so good, and cooked to perfection. The Brussels sprouts dish was ok. The creme brûlée from France was good but I like it cold and it’s always warm here. Thanks for sharing it with me ! It’s always so good running into you. Or should I say you finding me from far away!!!

Opening day of Epcot International Food and Wine Festival! First round of food! The beef skewer from Flavors from Fire gets a solid 10! If I could give the pineapple cheesecake an even higher score, I would! The chocolate coffee from Joffrey’s was so good - too early for alcohol! Ready for second round of food!

It’s only fitting that the final order placed at PizzaRizzo was for gluten free pizza! Taking these babies home to the freezer. You can get the same gluten free crust at Catalina Eddies but it will never feel the same! So many memories here!

Nomad Lounge for the win! These gluten free churros have ruined churros for me. The ones in Spain couldn’t come close. The Lamu Libation was amazing - and strong! Hopefully no typos here. And the chicken skewers with peanut sauce - wow! Look out for the kick of heat in the back of your throat.

With the Internet out at my daughter’s flat, I walked up the street to Bluebelles of Portobello in Finchley to work. I tried a delicious pink latte and their soup of the day with gluten free toast! The soup is made from chickpeas and veggies and is so good on this chilly day. Snow is expected later!
