Just wanted to share this video clip of our beautiful bright sedge girl and her baby burrheads. Of course she's a fantastic mom and not only has plenty of milk for all 9, she's so good with them. Boug really is the perfect dog, doing everything perfectly, and she's beautiful too. Owners of these are lucky to have her babies 💘

They're here!! with special thanks to Dr Dove's Companion Animal Clinic for doing the breeding of my girl Boug to Timber using 35+ yr old frozen semen. Not often do you find a litter as unique as this one: in less than a dozen outings the dam Hope Springs Bourgeois Wannabe MH QAA got her MH and ribbons in her first all breed quals, earning a JAM and 2nd. Sire CH Manhatn's Shiver Me Timbers MH was owner trained and handled to his titles in the early 1990s. We are over the moon excited to have a healthy litter of 9 and our red girl is an excellent mama. And Huge Thanks to Dave and Laura Wilson who are raising them for me.

A big congratulations to Joe Nolan and his Julie (Hope Springs Maryland Jewel MH QA2) The pair got 2nd in a tough Q at the Chesapeake Field Trial Specialty in ME. I have a special fondness for Joe's Julie not just because of her name. She's an Ivory daughter by FC Bud. Congratulations!

We recently lost two Hope Springs dogs that we bred and loved. Owners of both, like with most that get Hope Springs puppies, were or became good friends over the years so we share their sorrow over the losses.

Hope Springs Bourgeois Wannabe MH got a JAM yesterday at the FSRC Q. First Q she's run with Dave Wilson, who was pleased with her effort since she recently whelped a litter.

Networking for private placement of 3 good quality well bred adult Chesapeakes as follows:
Diesel, 3 yr old brown finished male. Well trained by top pro: quiet, steady, runs multiples, good MH level blinds and ready to hunt or run tests. Sired by FC Bud. Very reasonable rehoming fee because OFA hip xrays revealed mild dysplasia (normal elbows). He's never been lame or sore and is just an unfortunate victim of CBR 20% CHD rate. One in every 5 has some CHD but will never have symptoms, they just shouldn't be bred. Diesel is in NC.

Very pretty 8 yr old red brown female. Very sweet, quiet and house broken. Ideal home only dog or with a mellow male. She is a fence fighter and sadly has been languishing in a kennel 2 yrs since her owner died. She's in Bay St Louis MS.

Clementine, CLEMMY HAS HER FOREVER HOME!! WOOT 7 yr light deadgrass I bred, out of Pottsy by Rio. Huge goofy smile and total sweetheart. One of my favorites and I agreed to take her back, but would consider the perfect home because I already have 6. She too is in a kennel in MS.
Both Lily and Clem have OFA good hips, normal elbows/eyes and are DM PRA EIC clear. Both had 2 litters. Good homes paramount, new owner just pays transport and spay no fee. Contact me for pedigrees and more info via messenger or call 540 364 9480 (land line, so no texts)

You might be a lying bumboclaat who hangs more paper than titles on dogs if you claim to be the breeder of a litter an adult dog you bought had a full year before you owned her. 💥 BUSTED💥
