Clearwater River Farm's mission is to be an organic and sustainable, vegetable, fruit, nut, berry, and egg farm. We are focused on growing organic apples for cider production, along with other crops for market. We will use principles of permaculture as guidelines to create a diverse menu of local food offerings, from heirloom vegetables to rare tree fruits. We will attempt to exist "off-grid" to t

he best of our ability, and will be installing solar systems for both electricity and water heating, wind power, deep mulch methods, and root cellaring in attempt to practice self-reliance, and stewardship.
