Omg SO AMAZING! Watching my eating made this for lunch delicious. Saw a real that made Chips but thought I would do a little bigger and make a pizza.

****Cottage Cheese Pizza****

1/2 cup cottage cheese
5 pepperoni or any other toppings
Everything bagel seasoning
1 creamy light laughing cow

Carbs 6
Protein 16

Eggs, Spinich, mushrooms, cheese, onions. Side of raspberries! ❤️

Just made amazing French toast, got the idea from body building influencer I follow. Need to try this.

2 Slices of 35 calorie sugar free Keto bread

Mixed the following together and then Dipped bread in:
1/2 Cup Egg Whites
1/4 cup Splenda
Splash Vanilla
Dash to your liking Cinnamon

Maple Grove Farms Sugar free Syrup (so good)

Cook on each side until golden brown.

Serve with berries! So yummy for low calorie breakfast.

Talk about a great teriyaki sauce from my moms BFF had to share amazing and made with stevia! I used shredded beef with sauce, rice and side salad.

My favorite Garlic Parmesan JoJos. Take a pack of garlic parm wing seasoning pack, 3 sliced potatoes and a splash of olive oil mix in a bowl, place in air fryer for 16 minutes in 400…..They are amazing you and even use sweet potatoes!
