Happy Friday Valu-ABE-EL Customers!!!

We would first like to acknowledge and show our respect to those who tragically lost their lives on this day 25 year ago...NEVER FORGET 9/11/2001 🇺🇲

Time to enjoy the unofficial end of summer outdoors with family and friends now that the ''ber months" are here and before the holiday madness begins! Now that school is back in session, we understand how hectic it can be getting back into the swing of things. To help simplify your busy schedule, grab a Valu-box to help cover a few meals and snacks throughout the week.

Here are a few tasty ideas using the items in this week's Valu-box:

1. Loaded Roasted Potato & Veggie Bowls using russet potatoes, cauliflower, bell peppers, onion and avocado.
Chop potatoes, cauliflower, bell peppers, and onion then roast them with oil and seasonings of your choice.
Top with sliced avocado. Add a sauce or dressing if desired.
2. Chop cucumbers, avocado, radishes, and onion. Add lemon/lime juice, a little oil, salt and pepper and toss for a super fresh and crunchy Avocado Cucumber Salad.
3. Combine sliced bananas, red grapes, and pomegranate seeds for an easy sweet snack or add yogurt & honey for a quick, healthy breakfast!
