Bradley & Son Grass Fed Beef has a limited number of half and whole beef available!
These cattle are USDA inspected, and unlike many grass-fed beef options, their carcasses actually have excellent fat cover. Bradley & Son has carefully selected and refined its genetics to produce superior marbling, juiciness, and flavor while maintaining the benefits of grass-fed beef.
Pricing:
• Half Beef: $5.75 per pound (hanging weight)
• Whole Beef: $5.50 per pound (hanging weight)

Additional Information:
• Carcasses will be ready for cutting in approximately 10 days.
• Payment for the carcass is required prior to processing.
• Cut and wrap: $1.75 per pound (hanging weight)

Hi All!! How's it goin' Oroville way?? Hasn't our spring weather been great the last couple of weeks? Now it's time for warmer days here in northern Cali, so let's talk grillin'!!

Howdy-do fans of Foothill Meat Company. How’s it goin’ these days? Hope all is good and you’re all hankerin’ for some great beef specials. You really need to check these out:

Creekstone CHOICE Top Sirloin Cap (aka Picanha) is now just $11.50 per pound. A great cut of beef, juicy and tender no matter how you fix it. If you go online and type Picanha recipes, you are going to find so many ways to prepare these. You will want more than one for sure!!

And how about Snake River Farms American Wagyu Top Sirloin steak at just $17.85 per pound. These lean steaks have superior flavor and texture. American Wagyu beef is the result of crossbreeding traditional beef cattle with purebred Wagyu. The result is a perfect blend of Wagyu’s buttery marbling and the robust beef flavor that American beef is known for. American Wagyu is always graded PRIME so you know you are getting the best every time.

Hi Foothill Fans! Hope you are enjoying our sunny Spring Weather these days – now you can enjoy our “special” specials too –

Lot29 HIGH PRIME Coulotte / Tri Tip Steaks are on special for only $12.50 per pound. Tender and flavorful, while quite juicy, these steaks are perfect for grilling.

If you are in the mood for “not beef”, how about boneless Pork Chops, at a great price of just $2.85 per pound. So versatile, you can prepare these a lot of different ways.
